
Everything in the digital space will now be under the ASA regulatory umbrella. This is a good thing. It means EVERYTHING posted in the digital domain will now (well, from March 2011) be subjected to the same rules as the stuff on the telly etc. So everything needs to be authentic, truthful and all that good stuff otherwise ASA can kick your digital behind - they have importantly partnered with Google to implement this.
